Job Purpose

Responsible for safe, secure and timely movement of consignments, documents and operational materials between BVC branches, customers and designated locations while strictly following BVC's operational, safety and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Ride the assigned two-wheeler safely and responsibly.

Ensure timely pickup and delivery of assigned consignments/documents.

Follow the route and instructions provided by the Operations team.

Report to the branch/customer location as per assigned schedule.

Conduct basic daily checks of the bike before starting duty.

Maintain the bike in clean and roadworthy condition.

Ensure valid vehicle documents and driving licence are available.

Use GPS/navigation applications for route planning.

Coordinate with Operations, Custodian, Escorter, Security and customer teams.

Maintain proper pickup, delivery and trip records.

Obtain required acknowledgement/proof of delivery.

Immediately report delays, accidents, breakdowns, traffic issues or security concerns.

Follow all traffic rules and BVC safety procedures.

Keep the assigned vehicle/consignment secure throughout the journey.

Security Responsibilities

As BVC operates in secure logistics involving jewellery, diamonds, bullion and other high-value cargo, the Biker must strictly follow security protocols.

Follow all BVC security and chain-of-custody procedures.

Never leave assigned consignments unattended.

Never allow unauthorised persons to handle or access consignments.

Never disclose customer, shipment,



route or destination information.

Never make unauthorised stops or route deviations.

Do not share live location or operational information with unauthorised persons.

Do not photograph or record consignments/security arrangements unless authorised.

Immediately report suspicious activity or security concerns.

Follow instructions from the designated Operations/Security team.

Maintain complete confidentiality and integrity.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10th Pass preferred.

Valid Indian Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.

1–3 years of qualified riding/delivery experience preferred.

Experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, delivery, secure logistics or field operations will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of local roads and routes.

Comfortable using Google Maps/GPS and smartphone applications.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Physically fit and comfortable with field work.

Willing to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as per operational requirements.

Good driving record preferred.

Should be disciplined, reliable and punctual.
