- Special Educator (RCI Registered)
- Job Description:
- Shadithya Hospital is looking for a qualified and dedicated Special Educator with a valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- - B.Ed. Special Education (Intellectual Disability/Mental Retardation) or an equivalent RCI-recognised qualification.
- - Valid RCI registration and CRR number.
- - Relevant experience in special education and rehabilitation is preferred. Freshers with valid registration may also apply.
- - Good communication, interpersonal, and behavioural management skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Assess the educational and developmental needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- - Prepare and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
- - Support the development of communication, social, cognitive, and daily living skills.




- - Conduct structured educational and behavioural activities.
- - Monitor progress and maintain individual records and reports.
- - Coordinate with psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, caregivers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- - Guide families and caregivers on appropriate educational and developmental interventions.
