We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and student-focused Psychology Teacher to teach psychological concepts, theories, and applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of human behaviour, cognitive development, emotional well-being, and learning processes, with the ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach psychological theories, concepts, research methods, human development, cognition, personality, and behaviour.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, worksheets, and assessment materials.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, discussion, and practical application of psychological concepts.
- Assess students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback and remedial support.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and student progress documentation.
- Promote awareness of emotional well-being, interpersonal relationships, stress management, and positive behaviour.
- Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive classroom workplace.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support students’ academic development.




- Participate in staff meetings, training programmes, school events, and other academic activities.
- Maintain professional boundaries and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive student information.
- Refer students requiring specialised psychological or mental health support to the appropriate qualified professional, following school policy.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Master’s degree in Psychology or an equivalent relevant qualification, as required for the position.
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, research methods, and human behaviour.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex psychological concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a student-centred approach.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in digital teaching tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics.
