Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our company's social media platforms, create engaging content and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation and audience engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create attractive social media posts, reels, stories and other engaging content.
- Design creative posts and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags and content for social media platforms.
- Plan, schedule and publish regular social media content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags and social media trends.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement and overall brand visibility.
- Monitor comments, messages and respond to audience queries professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Analyse competitor activities and suggest new content ideas.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and graphic designing.
- Valuable content-writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Creativity and the ability to generate new content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
- Time management and organisational skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with relevant certifications or practical social media management experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong creativity and knowledge of social media platforms are welcome to apply.

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
