Job Summary

AIVIDA is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Sales Representative to promote its healthcare solutions and expand its network of doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centres.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of healthcare sales, and the ability to build lasting professional relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centres to introduce AIVIDA's healthcare platform and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients.
- Explain the features, benefits, and value of AIVIDA's digital healthcare solutions to prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's healthcare provider network.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers or partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist healthcare providers during the onboarding process.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to improve engagement and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, sales activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and effective customer support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant medical sales experience and strong communication skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical equipment sales, healthcare services, or healthcare technology will be an advantage.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in healthcare sales may be considered.
- Experience interacting with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
