Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's products and services.
- Generate new leads through calling, online research, databases, and other channels.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Explain the company's products and services and identify potential customer requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product or service demonstrations for the business development team.
- Maintain and update lead databases, call records, follow-up schedules, and sales pipelines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Handle initial customer queries and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Track daily calling activities, leads generated, follow-ups completed, and meeting schedules.
- Work towards assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with interested prospects to improve lead conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and current business opportunities.

Required Skills





- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and speaking with prospective clients.
- Good follow-up, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and maintaining lead records.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up schedules efficiently.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in an IT company, software sales, B2B sales, or service-based industry will be an advantage.
- Candidates comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups are preferred.
- Candidates based in Vadodara.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at short notice will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
