Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content publishing, caption writing, content scheduling, audience engagement, and social media performance monitoring.

Candidates with experience in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple brand accounts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content according to the content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and basic content for posts.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, audience engagement, and platform updates.
- Use Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio for content publishing, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of social media content.
- Monitor comments, engagement, and account performance.




- Prepare basic social media performance reports and track key engagement metrics.
- Manage multiple brand or client accounts while ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
- Good caption-writing and content-writing skills.
- Understanding of content calendars, social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with a digital marketing or social media agency.
- Experience managing multiple client or brand accounts.
- Knowledge of Hindi content writing.
- A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts.
