Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at the project site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, potential hazards, and unsafe work practices.
- Ensure the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees, contractors, and workers.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for site personnel.
- Monitor compliance with applicable industrial safety rules, regulations, and company safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, incident reports, and safety registers.
- Assist in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper safety arrangements for working at heights, electrical work, lifting operations,



and other hazardous activities, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and workers to address safety-related issues.
- Conduct emergency preparedness checks and support fire safety and emergency response activities.
- Ensure timely reporting of safety observations and follow up on corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Valid Industrial Safety Certification is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial safety, construction, or project-site safety.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and accident prevention.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
