We are looking for a Cosmeceutical Research Scientist to support research involving cosmetic formulations, active ingredients, skin biology, product efficacy, safety, and evidence-based cosmetic science.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and review literature related to cosmeceutical ingredients and formulations.
- Review active ingredients for skin health, anti-ageing, pigmentation, acne, moisturisation, and related applications.
- Evaluate formulation research and efficacy evidence.
- Review safety, tolerability, and scientific claims.
- Support dermatology/cosmetic research projects.
- Develop and review scientific manuscripts and technical reports.
- Support evidence synthesis and publication activities.
- Address reviewer/client comments.
Required Educational Background
- Master's or PhD in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Dermatology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cosmeceutical research, cosmetic formulation, pharmaceutical research, dermatology, or skin science.
Required Technical Skills
- Cosmetic/cosmeceutical formulation.
- Active ingredient research.
- Skin biology.
- Product efficacy and safety.
- Scientific literature review.
