Position: Designer(Beads, Jarkhan & Embroidery)

Job Responsibilities

- Develop creative and market-trending Beads, Jarkhan & Embroidery designs.
- Prepare new designs.
- Coordinate with Director for design execution.
- Develop samples and ensure design quality.
- Select suitable materials, colours and design combinations.
- Maintain design records and meet development deadlines.
- Minimize design errors, rework and material wastage.
- Coordinate with supervisors and management for design approvals.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Beads, Jarkhan and Embroidery designing.
- Creative thinking and knowledge of textile fashion trends.
- Good understanding of saree design development and production.
- Ability to manage multiple designs and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- 4–6 years of relevant textile designing experience.
- Local candidates from Surat preferred.
- Experience in saree embroidery, beads and Jarkhan work.
- Creative, responsible and quality-focused.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
