Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the gold buying store.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the gold-buying process.
- Evaluate gold jewellery based on weight, purity, and applicable valuation procedures.
- Explain gold rates, valuation, and payment details transparently to customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
- Perform basic calculations accurately and maintain transaction records.
- Verify customer documents and complete required documentation as per company policy.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, gold buying, jewellery sales, or customer handling.
- Experience in a gold buying store or jewellery showroom will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, calculation, and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible, presentable, and customer-friendly.
- Basic knowledge of gold purity, weight, and valuation will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working at Gurugram, Manesar, or Rewari.
- Willing to work rotational weekly offs.
