We help customers understand health, motor, travel and business insurance options, renewals and claim-related processes. Responsibilities: • Contact prospective and existing customers by telephone. • Explain insurance services clearly and professionally. • Follow up on customer enquiries and policy renewals. • Maintain accurate call and follow-up records. • Coordinate with the team to support customers. Requirements: • Good verbal communication and a positive attitude. • Willingness to learn and grow. • Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. • No previous insurance experience is required; training will be provided. Compensation: • ₹8,000 per month. • Unlimited performance-based incentives.
