Job Summary

Aera Gas Control Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Product Engineering (R&D;) team in Pune. The selected candidate will work on product design, development, testing, and improvement activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in engineering design, CAD modelling, prototyping, product validation, and current product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in product development activities, including concept development, planning, design, and execution.
- Create 2D and 3D CAD designs, engineering drawings, and models.
- Assist in prototyping and testing concept designs and initial engineering builds.
- Support pilot production, pre-production, and design review activities.
- Participate in design verification, product validation, and usability testing.
- Assist senior engineers in preparing feasibility studies for customer enquiries and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
- Develop new design concepts and make revisions to existing designs.
- Assist in preparing detailed design drawings and cost-related design documentation.
- Coordinate with the production team to improve lead times and manufacturing processes.
- Support product reliability improvements and help reduce product failures and warranty issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and support purchasing activities when required.
- Contribute to product development, innovation, and engineering improvements.
- Follow company health, safety,



and environmental policies.

Educational Qualifications

- BE in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Production Engineering.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Creo 5.0.2.0.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Knowledge of measurement techniques and metrology.
- Understanding of inspection methods and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
