We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Used Car Sales Executive to drive the sales of pre-owned vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new customer leads through walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable used vehicles
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales deals
- Maintain complete knowledge of available stock and vehicle specifications
- Coordinate with the inventory team for vehicle availability and documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for vehicle sales
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream preferred)




- Proven experience in automobile sales (used car experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of car models, features, and pricing
- Customer-centric approach with a sales-driven attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office)
- Valid driving license (mandatory)

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in dealership or pre-owned car segment
- Familiarity with valuation of used cars
- Understanding of loan and insurance processes

- Monthly sales volume
- Lead conversion ratio
- Customer satisfaction score
- Repeat and referral business

Working Conditions:

- Field and showroom-based role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
