We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain computer systems and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Perform Windows installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.

- Provide technical support to customers and employees.

- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic networking issues.

- Install and configure software, drivers, and peripheral devices.

- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and basic data backup support.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of computer hardware and software.

- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common applications.

- Basic networking knowledge including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, routers, and switches.

- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of printer and peripheral device troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
