About us

Best P.E.B & Infrastructure fabricates and erects pre-engineered steel buildings – factories, warehouses and industrial sheds. We are hiring experienced site manpower for permanent positions. Work starts 26 October 2026.

Role

We need experienced Riggers to safely lift, place and erect PEB members – columns, rafters, purlins, bracings and roof/wall sheeting – at site.

Responsibilities

- Sling and lift steel members using crane, hydra and chain pulley blocks
- Give transparent hand signals to crane/hydra operators
- Erect columns, rafters, purlins, bracings and sheeting at height
- Use tag lines to control loads during lifting
- Inspect slings, shackles, D-shackles and lifting gear before use
- Work safely at height using full-body harness, lifeline and scaffolding




- Support fitters in alignment and bolting during erection

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' rigging experience in PEB, steel structure or construction sites
- Comfortable and medically fit to work at height
- Knowledge of crane hand signals and lifting safety
- Rigger/safety training certificate is an advantage
- Ready for a 12-hour shift and immediate joining
