As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily business activities. Your goal is to ensure that from the moment a parent places an order to the moment it arrives at their door, the process is seamless, accurate, and skilled.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process on Shopify, ensuring all orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

- Inventory Control: Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across the website. Monitor stock levels of international brands and coordinate with the team for timely restocking.

- Logistics & Last-Mile: Liaise with courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery) to track shipments and resolve any transit delays or RTO (Return to Origin) issues.

- Quality Assurance: Supervise the "eco-friendly" packaging process to ensure every product is inspected for quality and packed according to AwwBaby’s premium sustainable standards.

- Customer Support Ops: Handle post-purchase queries related to shipping, returns, or exchanges via WhatsApp, email, or phone, maintaining the brand’s warm and helpful tone.

- Vendor Coordination:



Assist in managing relationships with international and local brand partners regarding invoicing, manifests, and lead times.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce operations (experience with Shopify is a major plus).

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Shopify dashboard, shipping aggregators, and Microsoft Excel (for tracking data).

- Attention to Detail: Since we deal with premium baby products, a "zero-error" mindset in picking and packing is essential.

- Problem Solver: Ability to quickly resolve logistical hiccups or customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.

- Alignment: A genuine interest in sustainability and the parenting/kids' product space.
