Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to support the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, improving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and modify mechanical components, systems, and equipment.
- Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of machinery.
- Identify mechanical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, technical reports, and maintenance records.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with production, quality, electrical, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Assist in cost reduction, process improvement, and productivity enhancement activities.
- Support spare parts planning, inventory management, and equipment procurement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring mechanical failures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and machinery.




- Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
- Knowledge of engineering tools and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant CAD tools.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards.

Educational Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant industrial experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.

Work Environment

The role may involve working in a manufacturing plant, production facility, workshop, project site, or engineering office, depending on business requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
