Baner

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and talent databases

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates against role criteria

- Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates and interviewers informed

- Manage offers, salary negotiation, and closing, and follow up through joining

- Maintain candidate records and hiring data in the ATS and share regular pipeline reports

- Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage

- Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles

- Support employer branding, campus hiring, and hiring events as needed

- Ensure hiring practices follow company policy and applicable labour laws

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
