Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader – Furniture to manage daily furniture operations, lead the team, ensure product quality, and achieve production or sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, furniture industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the furniture team to achieve daily targets.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities and allocate tasks to team members.
- Monitor furniture production, assembly, finishing, or showroom operations, depending on business requirements.
- Ensure product quality, safety standards, and company procedures are followed.
- Track team performance, productivity, and work progress.
- Coordinate with design, production, warehouse, sales, and delivery teams as required.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train recent employees and support the development of existing team members.




- Maintain proper records of work progress, inventory, and team performance.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and customer orders.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the furniture industry or a related field.
- Experience in team handling, supervision, or leadership.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, products, quality standards, and processes.
- Basic computer skills and reporting abilities.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing, retail, showroom operations, or furniture assembly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
