Job Summary

Srish Technologies is looking for an experienced and passionate Azure DevOps Trainer to deliver high-quality, practical training on Microsoft Azure DevOps tools, cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in implementing DevOps solutions, automating software delivery processes, and managing cloud infrastructure. The candidate must be capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and providing real-world project-based training to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on Azure DevOps and DevOps methodologies.
- Train learners on Azure DevOps Services, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, Azure Test Plans, and Azure Artifacts.
- Explain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) concepts and implementation.
- Teach Git, GitHub, branching strategies, pull requests, and version control.
- Provide hands-on training on YAML pipelines and classic build and release pipelines.
- Demonstrate Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Teach Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Cover Azure cloud services, deployment automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Explain security best practices, access management, and DevSecOps concepts.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, lab exercises, and real-time projects.
- Guide learners through practical scenarios, project implementation, and technical interview preparation.




- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and related technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Azure DevOps Services and CI/CD implementation.
- Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, merge requests, and source code management.
- Practical experience with YAML pipelines and automated deployments.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.
- Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and monitoring.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts using real-world examples.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Azure or DevOps-related certifications.
- Experience implementing enterprise-level DevOps solutions.
- Previous experience as a technical trainer, corporate trainer, or mentor.
- Experience preparing learners for relevant Microsoft certifications and technical interviews.
