Kenchain Global Forces India Private Limited is urgently seeking motivated and reliable Field Inspection Officers to join our on-ground operations team.

In this fieldwork-intensive role, you will act as a primary representative for our verification operations. Your daily task will involve visiting a pre-assigned list of MSME factories and businesses, liaising with company owners, and conducting standard property and operational inspections. Following the inspection, you will facilitate the generation and handover of official certificates to the business owners.

Please note that this is a strictly procedural and certification-based role no sales, lead generation, or payment collection is involved, as the certification process is entirely free for the businesses you visit. Further details regarding the specific project scope and our operational partners will be discussed in detail with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Field Visits: Travel to assigned MSME factories and company locations within the designated territory using a provided daily roster.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Meet and interact professionally with business owners and facility managers to explain the inspection and certification steps.
- On-Site Inspections: Conduct thorough property and operational inspections strictly following standard compliance parameters.
- Certificate Generation:



Process the inspection data through the required portals to generate and hand over the physical/digital certificates to the business owners.
- Reporting: Update daily inspection logs, maintain accurate visit records, and report progress to the regional operations manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: A completed Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
- Languages: Full fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada to effectively communicate with diverse business owners and factory staff.
- Mandatory Assets: Must own a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) with a valid driving license and a smartphone for daily reporting and communication.
- Skills: Strong foundational communication and interpersonal skills. Must be polite, observant, and capable of explaining procedural steps clearly.
- Availability: Must be ready to join immediately and comfortable with daily local travel.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: ₹25,000 per month starting salary.
- Travel Allowance: Full reimbursement for daily petrol and fieldwork travel expenses.
