About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented & customer-focused Business Development Associates to join a growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective students through calls, video calls & emails

* Understand learners’ career goals and requirements

* Counsel students and recommend suitable programs

* Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to conversion

* Follow up with marketing-generated leads

* Maintain customer records in CRM

* Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets

* Build robust relationships and ensure a positive customer experience

✔Graduate in any discipline

✔ Freshers with internship experience can apply

✔ Experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Counselling / BDA / Business Development is preferred

✔ Strong verbal & written communication

✔Good persuasion and customer-handling skills

✔Target-oriented and positive attitude

✔ Basic CRM knowledge is an advantage
