Role Details

- Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Location: VV Puram, Bengaluru
- Work Mode: Full-Time | On-Site | 6 Days a Week
- Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA (₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹3 LPA Variable)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 7 Days Preferred

What You’ll Do

- Engage with students and their families to understand their educational goals, requirements, and concerns.
- Conduct personalized counselling conversations and recommend suitable solutions.
- Drive conversions and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers, nurture leads, and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

- A Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling sales, or consultative selling.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




- A target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to follow-ups and closures.
- A customer-first attitude, ownership, and a genuine desire to succeed in sales.
