Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Knowledge of database integration and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to write clean, productive, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications built with Spring Boot.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
