Job Opening for the position of Architect at Mumbai.

Weekly off : SundayWorking Hours: 9.30am to 6.00pm

With us you get :Furniture layouts using new and existing furniture Space planning Designing floor plans, elevations, details and 3D renders Custom furniture, cabinet and millwork design Kitchen and bathroom design Preconstruction services – Helping our clients communicate the interior elements needed by architects and contractors before and during the construction process, Etc..

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master’s preferred.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in CAD, Revit, and other architectural design and visualization software.



Knowledge of UDCPR ( Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations )
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
- Exceptional design and drafting skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with supervision.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects, which is crucial for demonstrating design capability and creativity to potential employers
