Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and transporters for daily business operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order-related updates.
- Assist in procurement activities and maintain vendor records.
- Support sales activities, lead follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
- Maintain reports and records using MS Excel and other office tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation and logistics operations.
- Perform regular follow-ups to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
