Fresher or 1yr Experience in HR (recruitment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Screening: Help us find top talent for our culinary, front office, and more by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Engagement: Execute fun employee welfare events, town halls, and internal celebrations.
- Onboarding Support: Give our current joiners a warm welcome by coordinating their documentation, and uniform allocations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, BBA, or MBA in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Native-level fluency in Marathi is plus for daily employee communication.
- Preferable hotel experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
