About ChukkiMane

ChukkiMane is an eco and village experience destination near Shivanasamudra, offering guests an chance to experience nature, birds, agriculture, traditional food and rural life. We welcome families, school and college groups, corporate teams and senior citizens for meaningful experiences close to nature.

We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and nature-loving person to be part of our team at ChukkiMane. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors and living in a peaceful rural environment away from Bengaluru city.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Care & Hospitality: Welcome guests, coordinate their stay and ensure a warm, comfortable and memorable experience.
- Nature & Activity Engagement: Engage guests in birdwatching, nature walks, farm visits, food forest experiences, village activities and other programmes.
- Farm Coordination: Assist with daily agricultural activities, food forest maintenance and coordination of farm workers.
- Daily Administration: Coordinate day-to-day property operations, guest schedules, activities and general upkeep.




- Guest Experience Management: Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth execution of guest programmes.
- Group Engagement: Help facilitate activities for families, children, students, corporate groups and senior citizens.

Who We Are Looking For

- Someone who genuinely loves nature, birds, farming and rural life.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, caring and service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to take responsibility and work hands-on.
- Comfortable interacting with guests of different age groups.
- Willingness to reside at ChukkiMane and work in a rural setting.
- Prior experience in hospitality, resorts, agriculture, ecotourism or outdoor activities would be an advantage.
