Ultralink is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, modern UI trends, and usability best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve product experiences.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable design assets.
- Ensure consistency in layout, typography, colors, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design role.
- Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design,



information architecture, and responsive design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Knowledge of responsive web design, mobile-first design principles, and basic accessibility standards.
- Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, websites, or web-based applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows.
- Familiarity with usability testing, design systems, and developer handoff processes.
