Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Arts, Business Administration (BBA), or Supply Chain Management.
Experience: Minimum 6-1 years of relevant experience from the Garments Industry in the Purchasing Dep.

Job description:-
1. Order Processing (Prepare and issue Purchase Orders)as per approved requisitions..
2. Handle documentation related to imports/exports if applicable (invoices, packing lists, challans).
3. Track the status of open orders and expedite deliveries to prevent stockouts.
4. Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and shipment documentation.
Technical Skills:
1. Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes.
2. Good negotiation, communication, and vendor-relationship skills.
3. Basic understanding of GST/Taxation implications on purchases.
Computer knowledge - advanced - word, excel,
email Etc.
and Hands-on experience with ERP software "SAP Business one" is highly preferred.
Job location: Barasat (Regent Garment and Apparel Park)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
