Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Laser Machine Operator with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operating, setting up, and maintaining industrial laser machines. The candidate should have practical knowledge of laser marking, laser welding, and/or laser cutting operations, machine parameter settings, quality inspection, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor industrial laser marking, laser welding, and laser cutting machines as applicable.
- Perform machine setup, job loading, alignment, and parameter adjustments.
- Set and optimize laser parameters such as power, speed, frequency, and focal distance based on material and application.
- Carry out laser marking, engraving, welding, and cutting operations according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, job specifications, and work instructions.
- Conduct trial runs and ensure output quality meets customer specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy, marking quality, and weld quality.
- Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and machine maintenance logs.
- Follow laser safety procedures and company quality standards.





Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in industrial laser machine operation.
- Hands-on experience in laser marking, laser welding, or laser cutting machines.
- Knowledge of laser machine setup, parameter setting, and operation.
- Familiarity with fiber laser systems and industrial laser applications.
- Ability to understand mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
- Understanding of industrial safety procedures, including laser safety.

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with fiber laser marking and welding machines.
- Knowledge of laser marking software such as EZCAD.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or similar software for marking layouts.
- Experience in laser machine installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of automation-integrated laser systems.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic machine and process-related issues.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
