- Greet customers at the service reception and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely job completion.
- Update customers on service progress and obtain approvals for additional work
- Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback after service delivery.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for service inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
