Role Summary

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring academic excellence, operational efficiency, P&L; management, target achievement, and placement success. You will drive batch performance, sales conversions, student feedback, referrals, and branch profitability while maintaining high service standards and organizational compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Own branch revenue, P&L;, admissions, conversions, and learner experience while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee the admission process, learner onboarding, and batch allocation to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor batch performance, attendance, engagement, academic outcomes, and learner satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the placement team to support learner placements and build strong alumni relationships for retention and referrals.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, compliance, infrastructure, and team performance while resolving learner and employee concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile:-





- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in any discipline with strong business acumen and a brief understanding of branch operations.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, revenue, and cost management, with experience in driving admissions, business growth, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
