JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handle domestic and international flight bookings for management and employees.

Compare flight fares, routes, timings, and airline options to find suitable travel

arrangements.

Manage ticket cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and date changes.

Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and online booking platforms.

Arrange hotel bookings, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.

Coordinate visa applications, travel documents, and other formalities where required.

Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel details, and

connecting flights.

Monitor flight schedules and promptly inform concerned employees about delays,

cancellations,



or changes.

Maintain travel records, booking confirmations, invoices, and expense reports.

Ensure all travel bookings comply with company policies and approved budgets.

Provide quick assistance in case of emergency bookings or last-minute travel changes.

Coordinate with management and employees to confirm travel dates, destinations, and

preferences.
