Job Overview

MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end internal hiring across IT, Non-IT, sales, finance, and support functions. Candidates should have experience in internal recruitment within a staffing, recruitment, or consulting organization and the ability to close multiple positions within defined turnaround times (TAT).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Hire IT Recruiters, Non-IT Recruiters, Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, Business Development professionals, Finance and Accounts professionals, BGV professionals, and other corporate roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Manage multiple vacancies and achieve hiring targets within defined TATs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and regular hiring reports.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely recruitment closures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in internal Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working in a staffing, recruitment, or consulting organization is preferred.
- Hands-on experience hiring recruiters, team leaders, managers, sales, finance, and support professionals.
- Strong knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet strict hiring deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
