We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated International Education Counsellors to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with prospective students, providing information about study-abroad opportunities, managing inquiries, and assisting with university admissions.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding international universities, courses, and admission requirements.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable study-abroad options.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert inquiries into applications.
- Assist students with university applications and admission documentation.
- Maintain student records, follow-ups, and updates in CRM systems.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Work towards achieving individual and team admission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling student inquiries and telephonic conversations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
