Are you a mechanical design expert passionate about shaping the next generation of engineers? We are looking for a dynamic Design Engineer (Mechanical) / Trainer to join our team in Hadapsar, Pune. In this role, you will mentor students and professionals in cutting-edge CAD, CAE, and EV design technologies.

What You Will Teach & Work On

You will lead hands-on, project-based training across critical mechanical design ecosystems, focusing on:

* CAD/CAM: SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, AutoCAD

* CAE/Analysis: ANSYS, HyperMesh

* Advanced Domains: Electric Vehicle (EV) Design, Product Design, Tool & Die Design

Key Responsibilities

* Training Delivery: Conduct high-impact, practical training sessions on industry-leading software.

* Curriculum Development: Build and upgrade course content to match modern engineering and EV industry standards.

* Mentorship: Guide students through real-world projects and mentor them toward their career goals.





* Assessments: Evaluate student progress and provide actionable feedback to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

Who We Are Looking For

* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* Technical Skill: High proficiency in core tools (Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS, HyperMesh, AutoCAD).

* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

* Experience: Prior teaching, corporate training, or industry design experience is a strong advantage.

* Freshers are welcome!
