Recruiter Duties And Responsibilities

Min 2 Year to 4 Years of experiences,

1.Positive experiences in End to End recruitment process /Non IT Recruitment / Leadership hiring.

2.Must have good sourcing experiences through Naukri, indeed, Monster, linked-in & other social networking.

3.Positive experiences in Niche skill hiring.

4.Result oriented, Excellent in Communication and customer / business Skills.





5.Excellent Influencing and negotiation skills and proven track record of Number of closures across the industry/grade and diversified skill sets. Excellent Team Working and multi-tasking management experiences

6.Good exposure in HR engagement, orientation, Business development experiences.
