- Perform SAP BASIS administration, monitoring, and system maintenance.
- Handle SAP installation, system upgrades, patching, and configuration.
- Manage ABAP and JAVA stack administration.
- Work on system copies, migrations, transports, and performance troubleshooting.
- Manage SAP Web Dispatcher, SSL certificates, and connectivity issues.
- Support SAP system availability, backup, recovery, and incident resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve production issues.
