Role: Service Hero – Post Sales
Location: Pune
Function: Service Execution
Business Vertical: B2C
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Education: No specific educational qualification required
Reporting To: Cluster Operations Manager (COM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance of solar plants.
- Address and resolve customer bill-reading issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Assist with plant online monitoring and customer registration.
- Follow standard operating procedures while conducting preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain zero safety violations.
- Travel daily within the assigned base city for service requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of solar systems.
- Basic electrical and structural knowledge.
- Must know how to ride a two-wheeler.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong customer empathy.
- Good grooming and presentability.
- Should be fluent in Hindi/English and/or the local language.
- Valuable and professional behaviour.
- Punctual and responsible towards work.
- Valid driving license and own two-wheeler are mandatory
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per hour
