Qualification- B. Tech in food technology/Printing and packaging, B.Sc./MSc in science discipline.
Experience: - 05 to 08 Years

Job skills: - Preference will be given to the candidate who has worked in food industries/food packaging industry and must have participated in external certification audits related to food safety management system such as ISO 22000/HACCP or GFSI schemes such as BRCGS, FSSC packaging, IFS, SQF etc. Also skills in Forest stewardship council (FSC) audit.
1. Acts as food safety team member
2. Assess for effectiveness of the Food Safety Management System through planned internal audits and organize management review meetings at periodic intervals.
3. Report on performance of Food Safety Management System periodically checked for continual improvement.
4. Control documents as indicated in this section of manual. Allots rights for authorization, creation, or review of documents and distribution of documents.

Liaison with certifying body as and when necessary.
6. Shall be responsible for Product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems audits
7. Prepare documentation pertaining to Food Safety Management System in accordance with BRCGS Issue 07 Packaging materials and verify timely that documents are maintained by other departments also.
8. He shall be responsible for evolving and effective implementation of central corrective action system in the Company that will result in overall customer satisfaction.
9. He shall be responsible for maintaining Pest Control System of the plant.
10. Review and implementation of changes to the Food Safety Management System.
