1. Proficient in planning the production and set the target.

2. Develop and implement a comprehensive production management system that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.

3. Production follow-up (Plan Vs Achieved, Monitor BN operations, Stage Movements monitor, IC monitor, review plan backlog)

4. Well versed in handling operating procedures and sequence of operations.

5. Review, organize and check input and achieve planned output and the quality of the production by collecting information from final QA.

6. Lead and co-ordinate with the line in-charges, supervisors to ensure that the allotted work, given target have been achieved on time.

7. Monitor individual & line efficiency as per standards.

8. Proficient in handling machinery & materials knowledge of all the machineries.

9. Monitoring Pre-Production Sample, Salesman Sample, Blue Tag, Green Tag & other samples - production, quality, and critical operations.

10. Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) / Reference checking before starts the bulk production.

11. Ability to follow cost reduction methods.

12. Analyze manpower skill matrix study, skill development procedure to increase productivity.

13. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ensure health & safety to meet the social compliance requirement and maintain a discipline on the shop floor.

15. Ensure the 5S Follow-up on the shop floor.

16. Coordinate with planning team and plan the line to meet the delivery date.

17. Implement and maintain productive operation of Sewing Lines

18. Coordinate with IE team for Layout and line balancing.

19. Train, Coach and monitor the performance of Production Executive / Supervisors.

20. Conduct periodic training program for operator and ensure right quality is maintained.

21. Coordinate with Maintenance team for availability of machines in timely manner

22. Conduct Kaizen Events.

23. Capable of executing Six Sigma, Lean,5S activities in the shop floor.

- Control WIP in line and factory
- Reduce Operator to Helper ratio.
