Supply Chain Head
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Develop supply chain strategies to improve cost, service levels, and working capital.
- Manage suppliers, negotiations, and vendor performance.
- Ensure optimum inventory and timely product availability.
- Drive S&OP;, process improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and logistics cost.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team.
Key Skills: Strategic planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, negotiation, analytics, ERP/SAP, team leadership, and cost optimization.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
