1. JUNIOR CONSULTANT

Qualification: MBBS, DGO / MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology)

Reports To: Senior Consultant / Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Assist in obstetric and gynaecological procedures under supervision, including deliveries, surgeries, and minor medical interventions.
- Assist in the management of labour and delivery, ensuring the safety of both mother and baby.
- Provide counselling and support to patients regarding pregnancy, infertility, family planning, and reproductive health.
- Conduct patient assessment, clinical examination, diagnosis, and appropriate management under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and medical documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate strong clinical and diagnostic skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Maintain good communication and interpersonal skills with patients and the medical team.
- Follow current medical guidelines, hospital protocols, and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning.
- Work as part of a team-oriented, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS from an accredited medical college.
- DGO (Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology) or MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology / relevant specialty.




- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council/authority in India.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Working Hours

- Shift-based working hours.
- Evening duties, weekends, and on-call duties as applicable.
- Night duty once a week.

2. RESIDENT MEDICAL OFFICER (RMO)

Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Night Shift

Qualification: BAMS / BHMS

Key Responsibilities

- Provide initial medical assessment and basic patient care during the assigned shift.
- Attend to patients and coordinate with the Senior Consultant / Duty Consultant whenever required.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any change in clinical condition.
- Assist the medical team during emergencies and other clinical interventions within the scope of qualification and registration.
- Maintain proper patient records, case sheets, and other medical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments for smooth patient care.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of admitted patients during the night shift.
- Ensure timely communication with the Senior Consultant regarding urgent or abnormal findings.
- Follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and instructions provided by senior medical staff.
- Maintain professional conduct and effective communication with patients and their relatives.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information to the incoming medical team.





Required Qualifications – RMO

- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery).
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council/authority in India.
- Minimum 2 years of prior clinical/hospital experience.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently during the night shift while having access to senior medical support when required.
- Good communication, patient-handling, and documentation skills.
- Ability to respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations within the scope of qualification and hospital protocols.

Working Hours – RMO

- Night shift duty.
- Shift timings will be as per hospital requirements.
- Candidates should be willing to work weekends and holidays as per the duty roster.
