Experience: 2-3 years of experience in loan sales/relationship management preferred
Roles:
Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and loan against property. Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups and quality service. Understand customer financial needs and provide the best loan options accordingly. Assist customers through the entire loan lifecycle: from application to disbursal. Collect and verify documentation as per the credit policy. Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) for smooth processing. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch performance. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and compliance norms. Qualification:
Bachelor//'s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration Knowledge of loan regulations and RBI guidelines is a plus
