About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate fresher who is interested in building a career in the event management industry. Candidates with an educational background in Event Management or related fields are preferred.

The candidate will assist the wedding team in client servicing, coordination, planning, and execution of wedding events. Based on performance during the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to join the company as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling wedding clients and understanding their requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, hotels, and other event partners.
- Assist in wedding planning, budgeting, and event coordination.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and event-related documents.
- Support the team with venue visits,



client meetings, and wedding preparations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist with in office wedding coordination and event management.
- Maintain client details, follow-ups, and event schedules.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Fresher with a degree or diploma in Event Management or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in wedding planning and client servicing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good coordination, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work during weekends or holidays when required for events.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
