Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Head to lead our marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, practical fieldwork experience, the ability to manage teams, and a proven approach to achieving business growth and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and generate qualified leads.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly business targets.
- Conduct regular field visits, meet potential customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field marketing, customer referrals, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor team performance, review sales progress, and take corrective action when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and business associates.
- Guide team members in customer handling, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve marketing performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop marketing team members according to business needs.




- Ensure daily activity updates and weekly performance reports are submitted to Management.
- Maintain accurate lead databases, customer records, and sales reports.
- Take responsibility for achieving assigned monthly sales and business development targets.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or real estate.
- Previous experience managing marketing or sales teams is preferred.
- Candidates must have practical fieldwork and business development experience.
- Target-oriented candidates with a strong focus on sales growth are encouraged to apply.

Performance Expectations

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain consistent team activity and measurable business progress.
- Review team performance regularly and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Submit accurate daily and weekly reports to Management.
