Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Staff to support the hotel kitchen team in food preparation, kitchen operations, cleanliness, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs and cooks with daily food preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
- Support cooking and food plating as instructed by the chef.
- Store food items properly and follow FIFO practices.
- Check and maintain kitchen supplies and inform the supervisor when stock is low.
- Wash and sanitize utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards at all times.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.




- Support the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and busy service periods.
- Follow instructions from the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous hotel/restaurant kitchen experience is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply for entry-level positions.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
