About the Role
Atrey & Associates is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for architectural design and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and layouts.
- Prepare working drawings and 3D models.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
- Understand client requirements and provide effective design solutions.
- Assist with project documentation, detailing, and presentations.
- Ensure design accuracy and compliance with applicable building regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Working knowledge of D5, Rhino, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of working drawings, building materials, and construction techniques.
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
